Pay
Pay: $85,000.00 - $ per year

Location: On-site in Needham, MA to start, with the ability to work remotely one day per week once youre established.
NoteNote: Must have 3+ years of high-level family law paralegal experience (ideally Massachusetts). This team cannot train someone up from a legal assistant or administrative background.

Job Description- Draft detailed and complex family law financial statements
- Draft complaints, motions, and supporting documents for domestic relations matters
- Prepare and manage discovery, including drafting responses and organizing productions
- Draft and issue subpoenas and coordinate records collection
- Support motion practice, e-filing, and court deadline management
- Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness materials, and hearing logistics
- Communicate directly with clients with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness
- Partner closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and accurately
- 3+ years of experience as a family law paralegal handling substantive work (not primarily administrative support)
- Strong drafting experience with financial statements, discovery, pleadings, and subpoenas
- Motion practice support experience, including e-filing and trial prep
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadline management
- Confident client-facing communication style with empathy and professionalism
- Massachusetts family law experience strongly preferred (may consider comparable state experience if laws/processes are similar)
- Collegial team environment with experienced attorneys and strong internal support
