SECURITY/ DRIVER - FULL TIME 40 HOURS 3PM-11PM

Join North Hill, Senior Living Community – Where Safety Meets Service! For over 40 years, North Hill has been a vibrant not-for-profit senior living community dedicated to enriching the lives of those 65+. We’re looking for a dependable Security/Driver to support our residents with transportation, safety, and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive and assist residents to appointments and events
• Respond to security and emergency situations
• Maintain and clean company vehicles
• Deliver packages and support front desk and facility operations
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and safe environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (5+ years driving experience)
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
• Friendly, proactive communicator with a strong service mindset
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies professionally

Pay Range: $23/hour

Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including education, overall experience, relevant experience, and specific skills. We strive to ensure that compensation is competitive, fair, and reflects the value each candidate brings to the role.
