Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities- Hands‑on Manager with strong customer relations
- Staffing and managing all associates day to day
- Daily operations, meetings, and reporting
- Creating a positive customer experience at all levels
- Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit
- Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations
- 4 years experience in a similar role
- Positive leadership with a people first mentality
- Growth and succession mindset
Warehouse management experience required - Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
- Competitive salary
- Bonus eligibility up to $24k annually
