Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end product development, driving ideas from early concept through launch. In this role, you’ll be the central force aligning teams, managing timelines, and ensuring products reach the market quickly, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration to bring new products to market, managing timelines, risks, and key deliverables.
- Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure strong go‑to‑market execution and drive sales success.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of each program—from ideation to end‑of‑life—ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Use KPIs and data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify risks, build mitigation plans, and actively track progress across teams.
- Recognize and escalate resource or knowledge gaps; work with leadership to remove blockers.
- Serve as the communication hub between global and local teams, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, or business (preferred).
- 8–10+ years of Program Management experience.
- Experience in engineering, product development, or consumer goods is highly desirable.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and large groups.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to operate with urgency in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with MS Project (or similar tools), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Positive, high‑energy attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
