Senior Technical Project Manager

Shark Ninja is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) to join the New Product Development (NPD) group. The STPM acts as the glue within the team—aligning project direction and key decision points across all business disciplines and partnering closely with Design Managers and Engineers to deliver NPD products to market.

• Deliver best‑in‑class (5‑star) products to market.
• Ensure global team alignment on product direction.
• Maintain project schedules to meet timelines and retailer requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key issues to stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across global teams.
• Partner closely with Engineering and TPM teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering (project management preferred).
• Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Engineering background.

• Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances.
• Budget management experience.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership or board‑level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Solid Works or CREO.

• Collaborative and flexible mindset.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships.

Annual salary range: $92,800—$140,000 USD.
