Program Managers at Shark Ninja assist in owning the entire New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to shelf for our Shark and Ninja Brands. They deliver best‑in‑class product development thinking, governance, and process to enable the organization to execute the program portfolio flawlessly. The role is suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced product development environments and can demonstrate success and leadership in cross‑functional teams.

• Drive and facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market, including managing risks and schedule.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the go‑to‑market strategy supports a high rate of sales.
• Be accountable for delivering all program elements from product ideation to end‑of‑life.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decision‑making across the cross‑functional teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation or contingency plans, and track progress.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps to remedy them.
• Channel global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field (highly desired).
• 1+ years of direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Assertive, confident, and capable of cultivating and leading a high‑performing team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; experience addressing C‑suite, peer functional groups, suppliers, and customers.
• Cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Strong bias toward action and accountability.
• Intermediate/working level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and comfortable presenting to large groups, including executive management.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000—$155,500 USD. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
