Position Overview
Program Managers at Shark Ninja lead the entire New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to shelf, driving governance, process, and execution across a global product portfolio. They collaborate cross‑functionally, owning timelines and resources while ensuring 5‑star quality and high sales velocity.
A Program Manager acts as a global leader for every project or program, managing scope, cost, and schedule, and maintaining communications across teams to mitigate risks and deliver timely results.
Responsibilities- Drive and actively facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market, managing risks and schedule.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure that the go‑to‑market strategy drives high sales rates.
- Accountable for delivering all program elements from product ideation to end‑of‑life.
- Use KPI’s and data to inform decisions across cross‑functional teams.
- Identify program risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and track progress.
- Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps necessary to highlight and remedy them.
- Channel global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field (highly desired).
- 8–10+ years of direct Program Management experience.
- Experience in engineering, new product development, or program management; consumer‑goods industry preferred.
- Assertive, confident, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong influence and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Ability to cultivate a high‑performing team and deliver results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; experience addressing C‑Suite, peer functional groups, suppliers, and customer audiences.
- Bias to action and accountability.
- Working‑level proficiency with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- High energy, positive attitude, and detail‑oriented.
- Proficient presentation skills; comfortable developing and presenting to large groups, including executive management, in person or via MS Teams.
The annual salary range for this position is $123,800—$230,000 USD.
