• Drive and actively facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder interaction to bring products to market, managing risks and schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a go‑to‑market strategy that drives strong sales.
• Accountable for delivering all program elements from product ideation to end‑of‑life.
• Use KPIs and data to inform decision‑making across teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take necessary steps to address them.
• Channel global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical/engineering or business management field (highly desired).
• 8‑10+ years direct Program Management experience.
• Experience in engineering, new product development, or program management (Consumer Goods Industry strongly preferred).
• Assertive, confident, and capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Able to cultivate a high‑performing team and deliver results.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; experienced addressing C‑Suite, peer functional groups, suppliers, and customer audiences.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Strong bias to action and accountability.
• Intermediate or working‑level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• High energy, positive attitude, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in presenting to large groups including executive management.

Salary Range: $123,800 — $230,000 USD (annual). Factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications may affect starting pay.
