The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is the "glue" within the engineering team, aligning project direction and decision points with key members from all business disciplines. The TPM partners with design managers and engineers to jointly deliver new product development (NPD) products to market.

• Deliver 5-star products to market
• Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction (right product)
• Ensure project schedules are up to date, progressing to plan and meeting retailer requirements (right time)
• Keep global teams informed of project status, key issues, and risks (stakeholder transparency)
• Align on daily engineering tasks and deliverables
• Drive internal team meetings and set up project plans
• Track technical issues through the JIRA system
• Participate in day-to-day activities related to legacy products and produce updates for executive reviews

The successful candidate will be able to understand complex technical challenges, relay information to non-technical cross-functional teams, and support the project team on some technical activities. They should demonstrate good listening and influencing skills and have the confidence to build collaborative working relationships.

• Engineering background
• 2+ years of project management or engineering experience (project management preferred)
• Hands-on approach
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience managing a project throughout its lifecycle, preferably in plastics or consumer products
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and limits
• Solid Works or CREO experience
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point
• Budget management experience (desirable but not essential)

Annual salary range: $86,700—$155,300 USD.
