Every great product that ships on time, hits its quality bar, and earns five‑star reviews has one thing in common: a person ensuring all pieces come together. At Shark Ninja, that is the Technical Project Manager. This is an early‑career opportunity that places you at the intersection of engineering, design, commercial, and supply chain teams, bringing structure to complex programs, aligning global teams, and partnering directly with design managers and engineers to bring best‑in‑class products to market.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own the program "what" and "when," while engineers own the "how," ensuring delivery of consumer‑loving products on time and to the highest standard.
- Maintain and drive integrated project schedules across global teams, ensuring programs track to plan and meet retailer requirements.
- Align cross‑functional teams—engineering, commercial, supply chain, and design—on project direction, priorities, and key decisions.
- Track and resolve technical issues through JIRA, keeping stakeholders informed on status, risks, and blockers.
- Run internal team meetings, maintain project plans, and produce clear updates for executive reviews.
- Support legacy product programs alongside new product development, contributing to a portfolio of active projects simultaneously.
- Build working relationships across US, UK, and China teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience).
- 1–3+ years in a project management or technical coordination role.
- Experience managing projects through the full product lifecycle—consumer products or plastics experience preferred.
- Technically literate: comfortable with manufacturing processes, DFM constraints, and engineering design data.
- Strong communication skills—able to relay complex technical challenges to cross‑functional and non‑technical teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with JIRA, Solid Works, or Creo is a plus.
- Exposure to senior stakeholder or executive‑level presentations is a bonus, not a requirement.
Salaried: $86,700-$130,000 USD. The company offers medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, 401(k) with matching, employee stock purchase program, life insurance, AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, generous paid time off, company holidays, parental leave, identity theft protection, pet insurance, pre‑paid legal insurance, backup child and eldercare days, product discounts, referral bonus program, and more.
