They have achieved product-market fit with thousands of paying customers, and growing enterprise adoption.## About the Role Seeking a non-traditional marketing specialist to build and own their entire Go-To-Market (GTM) machine from scratch.

This role is critical for driving signups, free trials, and revenue by leveraging AI, specifically Claude Code, as a force multiplier to achieve 10x speed and 5x quality in marketing execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up distribution channels, building a content engine, creating product marketing assets, optimizing conversion funnels, and automating marketing operations, all with a strong focus on measurable outcomes rather than just activity.##

Key Responsibilities
* Own the GTM machine that converts product excellence into signups, free trials, and revenue, with free signups as the core metric and free trial activation as the controlling variable.
* Set up and establish distribution channels from zero, including earned media, organic search, content marketing, email sequences, and outbound experiments.
* Build a comprehensive content engine from scratch, producing blog posts, landing pages, case studies, product comparisons, and SEO/AEO-optimized content at accelerated speeds using Claude Code.
* Create essential product marketing assets such as positioning statements, competitive battle cards, feature launch materials, and customer stories to clearly articulate Custom

GPT.ai's value proposition.
* Build and continuously optimize conversion funnels from landing pages to email capture, free trial, and paid conversion, ensuring everything is instrumented and underperforming elements are eliminated.
* Automate marketing operations, including CRM workflows, lead scoring, attribution tracking, and campaign analytics, utilizing AI to achieve the efficiency of a full marketing team.## Qualifications
* Possess strong product marketing instinct, understanding positioning, messaging, and buyer psychology to influence product choice.
* Proven ability as a distribution builder, capable of establishing new channels from zero rather than just optimizing existing ones.
* Fluency in Claude Code or similar AI tools, using them as a daily production weapon for rapid content and asset creation.
* Demonstrate conversion thinking, focusing on signups and revenue, with a commitment to instrumenting, measuring, and iterating.
* Ability to write compelling product copy and build technical marketing infrastructure (landing pages, analytics, CRM workflows, automations).
* B2B SaaS product marketing background (nice-to-have).
