Location & Schedule
:
Full‑time, 40‑hour per week in Needham, MA. No relocation or housing assistance.

As a member of the Product Development team, you will help bring new innovative products to market, working on a variety of new home products and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

• Partner with Product Development team members to support product launches of new Shark products.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on packaging, instructions, and other collateral.
• Define and develop product specifications for replacement components, balancing consumer needs with internal efficiencies.
• Develop user‑relevant design targets for performance and experience (human factors, KPIs, CI).
• Act as a product “expert” for cross‑functional questions.
• Assist with new product setups, information management, consumer research data coordination, competitive landscape development, and related tasks.

• Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or graduated within the last year.
• Full‑time availability (40‑hour per week, 5 days per week onsite).
• Consumer‑first perspective when introducing or improving products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, email, presentations, in‑person).
• Project‑management skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to learn and grow in a passionate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Hourly Pay Range: $26 – $35 USD
