Associate Media Buyer, Affiliate Marketing

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage and develop publisher relationships on behalf of advertisers, communicating expectations, sharing best practices,disseminatingoffers and promotions, and providing account updates to an advertiser's growing publisher base.
• Help advertisers maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data
• Coordinate with Media Buyers and Planners to execute Media Plans on behalf of clientsmanaging:budget allocation, ensuringimplementation of media, coordinating with affiliate publishers,platform enablementetc.
• Build relationships with long-tail clients (publishers) to foster long-term success
• Identify and classify opportunities by Audience and Buyer types developing materials to promote opportunities internally and externally to clients
• Develop and inform processes for network scale and media enablement

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers
• Experience with basic negotiation or relationship-building, such as working with vendors or partners during internships or part-time roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational/project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $50,065.00 - $70,784.00 Annually.
