Helping Keep a Fast-Moving Social Team Organized

Shark Ninja's EMEA Social Organization moves at lightning speed-across markets, brands, and channels, all  will help build the systems that make that possible getting hands-on with playbooks, templates & blueprints that turn “how we do things” into something every EMEA market can run with tracking maturity across influencer, organic, and paid social as markets grow.

This role suits someone who's naturally organized and enjoys creating the structure that helps a fast-growing team see how far it's come.

• Help build “ways of working” documentation — templates, playbooks, and process guides that raise the bar across EMEA social teams

• Spot gaps in documentation or training as the team scales, and help fix them

• Turn workflows into something people can easily follow — visual, simple, and built to scale

• Help build out a best-practices database —e.g. the recipe for viral content, the blueprint for converting paid social assets— sogood ideas travel across markets.

• Capture social wins and learnings from across EMEA and package them so every market can use them

• Support the build and upkeep of EMEA market scorecards, tracking maturity across influencer, organic, and paid social practices

• Keep tracker up-to-date as markets grow

• Help organize knowledge-sharing sessions that connect EMEA markets

• Capture takeaways so good ideas from one market can travel across borders

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

• Natural project-management instincts — organized, structured, comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguity.

• A genuine interest in social media, influencer marketing, or paid/organic content strategy.

• Comfortable building templates, trackers, and simple visuals to make process clearer (Sheets, Notion, Slides, or similar).

• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster on documentation and research.

• Comfortable working across multiple EMEA markets and time zones.

This role gives you hands‑on exposure to how a global social organization scales — building the playbooks, best practices, and scorecards that help EMEA markets mature and work consistently.
