Product Specialist IV

We're seeking a Product Specialist IV to support our client, a leading innovator in consumer products. This temporary, 10-26 week role is based on-site in Needham, MA, with some hybrid flexibility. Join a dynamic team focused on translating customer feedback into actionable product insights and driving product improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze large volumes of consumer feedback, including reviews, comments, and call center insights, to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches by monitoring consumer sentiment.
• Develop clear, compelling data stories that translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed about market trends to help inform future product roadmaps.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to advocate for the consumer voice and influence product decisions.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, with up to 5 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent data storytelling and interpretation abilities.
• Effective influence skills without formal authority.
• Demonstrated proactive attitude, curiosity, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ask thoughtful questions.
• No research background or consumer product experience is required, but both are helpful.
