The Marketing Manager willlead and own the marketing function.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for each Chestnut Dental practice based onthelocalcompetitive landscape, community characteristics,and relevant patient needs.
- Maintaina clear, consistent, and recognizable brand acrossall practices.
- Establish and maintain brand standards, ensure consistent messaging across offices, and develop the practice’s voice and key messages.
- Identify and clearly communicate what differentiates Chestnut Dental from competing dental practices.
- Ensure each office maintains an appropriate local identity while remaining aligned with the larger organization.
- Represent Chestnut Dental at community events, local fairs, and school partnerships; coordinateeventsetup, signage, and giveaways.
- Research and plan sponsor ships and outreach opportunitiesthatstrengthen visibility in each local community.
- Manage the SEO vendor relationship by setting clear expectations, performance measures, and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure timely follow-through.
- Develop and maintaina comprehensive social media calendar aligned withthe overallmarketingstrategy.
- Create, coordinate, schedule,and publish office-specific content.
- Trackthepatient inquirylifecyclefrom initialcontactthroughcompleted treatment.
- Identify trends, flag concerns,and escalatfindsto management as appropriate.
- Four or moreyears of experience in marketing, event coordination, or community relations;experience in healthcare oranother service-based industry is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to thrivein a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Cap Cut is a plus.
- Confidence using a smartphone to capture photography and produce short-form video content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence representing a trusted community brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is strongly preferred;equivalentprofessionalexperience will be considered.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with analytics, email marketing, andSEO.
This role requires extended periods of computer work, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and the occasional movement of materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
