Each of our seven households features just 10–12 private rooms centered around a kitchen and inviting shared spaces. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nurse Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who is passionate about quality care, mentoring others, and shaping the future of nursing in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support nurses and care partners in providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Conduct resident rounds, review care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff within assigned households
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- CPR certification (required)
- A passion for mentoring, developing staff, and delivering exceptional resident care
- Low patient ratios
