8am - 4:30pm & 4:30pm - 10pm (40 hours per week)

ASAP Start! Pay Range:
Up to $48.00 per hour (DOE) & Mileage reimbursement at IRS Per Diem rate.

Min 1-year nursing care experience

Massachusetts Nursing license in hand

Position Summary

Ther Facility is a not-for-profit senior living community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized care to residents in our on-campus Home Support program. Deliver home health-style services without extensive travel, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in independent living

• Manage daily caseload and complete timely documentation

• Communicate with residents, families, and care teams

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (in good standing)

• 2+ years of RN experience (home health preferred)

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently
