LPN No Weekends -Needham, Newton, Wellesley

The position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the Needham team for a 24‑40 hour weekday schedule conducting Home Health visits in Newton, Wellesley, and Needham. No prior Home Health experience is required; full training will be provided.

Pay Range: $32.69 - $47.60 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.

• Completion of an LPN Program is required.
• Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts.

• Work 3 to 5 days per week, Monday‑Friday, between 8a‑4:30p, with no weekend shifts.
• Provide care and assistance to patients with various medical needs, including wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, and diabetes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program, work with a preceptor in the field for 6‑8 weeks, and receive support from an Educator while learning time management and the EMR system.
