Staff Nurse I
Position Summary/
Department Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham.
- Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.
- Providing clinical support and resources.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
- Working 10‑hour shifts with short‑call requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA nursing license.
Sign‑on bonus of $20,000 for full‑time, 40‑hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).
