Position: Home Health Opening in Needham, MA
RN / LPN - Full-Time Overnight (Enhanced Living)

Location: Needham, MA (North Hill)
Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay: $60/hour + shift differential

Position Summary

Provide overnight nursing care to residents while supporting the care team and ensuring high standards of safety, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Respond to resident needs and emergency calls (PERS)
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Collaborate with and supervise Care Partners
• Update care plans and follow physician orders
• Complete incident reports and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license
• CPR/AED certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience (LTC/AL preferred)
• Dementia care experience a plus
• EMR and basic computer skills
