Registered Nurse Manager

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations at a leading senior living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facility. • Monday through Friday with options for 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high‑standard, compliant resident care
• Coordinate care planning, admissions, assessments, and documentation with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain organized, safe living environments and oversee incident reports, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, including participation in on‑call rotations
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long‑term care setting
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical environment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

• Familiarity with electronic health records systems
