Overview

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER). Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 8 weeks in Needham, Massachusetts. Weekly pay range: $2,440 to $2,615 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. Shift: 3x12 Night shifts. Setting:
Hospital environment. Requires ER expertise, a Massachusetts license or interim permit at submission, and willingness to work nights on a fast‑paced ED team.

• Assess and triage ER patients; initiate stabilization and prioritization of care.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and interpret clinical data.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to plan and execute patient care.
• Perform procedures within scope and respond to code events as needed.
• Document care in the Meditech EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide patient and family education and assist with discharge planning as appropriate.

• Active Massachusetts RN license or temporary/interim license at time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC required; TNCC preferred; MAB preferred.
• 2+ years of ER nursing experience.
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast‑paced ER setting.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the assignment location; no local travelers accepted.

• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly for an 8-week assignment.
• Night shift schedule (3x12‑hour shifts).
• Credible, organized credentialing and onboarding process.
• Interview and job offer coordination by the Nurse Manager.
• Access to ongoing travel and recruiter support throughout the assignment.

Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and confirmed hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
