Job PurposeThe Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities- Assist the Resident Care Director with supervision of CNAs.
- RN license in the state of the facility required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Experience with geriatric care desired.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.
