VNA Care is seeking a Home Health RN for a 32 hr a week Case Manager role in the Randolph/Holbrook area. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with a 32-hour total weekly commitment.
Salary range is $86,000–$129,000 for a full-time schedule, with benefits starting day 1 including medical, dental, vision, and more. Travel within the territory is required and orientation is provided.
