Wellesley Family Care Associates is Seeking Top-Quality Nurse Practitioners to join our Private Practice in Needham, MAWellesley Family Care is a thriving primary care practice based in Needham, Massachusetts. We are a private (independent) practice affiliated with the Mass General Brigham System with a focus on individualized evidence-based care for the whole family. We also highly value teamwork and collaboration and have built a team culture of safety, competence, and fun. We currently have twenty-two primary care clinicians on our team and have a strong growth trajectory into new business and practice initiatives.
We are seeking top quality, experienced primary care nurse practitioners to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

PositionSummary Job description
As a key member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner will manage their own patient panel and provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients.

Requirements Qualifications Required- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts RN and APRN licensure.
- Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required.
- DEA Registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- At least two years’ experience in primary care and family medicine.
- Experience treating patients across the lifespan.
- Experience working with electronic health records (eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar platforms).
- EPIC a PLUS.
