LPN – VNA Home Health Care, Needham, Newton, Wellesley

About The Role

VNA Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses LPNs to join our Needham team for a 24 40 hour weekday schedule conducting Home Health visits No prior Home Health experience is necessary as full training will be provided The LPN will work in and around Newton Wellesley Needham offering care and support to patients in need

Pay Range  plus mileage reimbursement

• Completion of an LPN Program is required
• Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts

• Work 3 to 5 days per week Monday Friday between 8a 430p with no weekend shifts
• Provide care and assistance to patients with various medical needs including but not limited to wounds wound vacs trach and suctioning catheters ostomies phlebotomy CHF COPD and diabetes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high quality patient care
• Participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program work with a preceptor in the field for 6 8 weeks and receive support from an Educator while learning time management and the EMR system;
