WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for someone from the IT staffing world who already knows how this game works and is ready for a bigger seat at the table. You’ve recruited or sold. You’ve worked job orders. You understand MSPs, VMS portals, hiring managers, and why timing is everything. But you’ve also realized that at your current firm, sales is a locked door with a concrete ceiling.
Maybe you’re capped. Maybe you’re boxed in. Maybe you’re doing all the work but getting none of the upside.
This role is for the person who wants to own revenue, not just support it.
THE OPPORTUNITYWe have a large enterprise account that needs focused, consistent attention. This is not a side hustle. This is not “help out when you can.” This is an exclusive account ownership role, where your primary mission is to deepen relationships, expand footprint, and become the go-to partner inside a major organization. You will still learn how we hunt for new business but you will also have a meaningful book of business from day one.

Owning and growing a large enterprise IT staffing account, building relationships with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and procurement. Managing and expanding existing business while identifying new opportunities. Using Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, and AI tools to work smarter, not harder. Prospecting, warm calling, networking, and showing up when it matters. Partnering closely with recruiters to deliver results that actually stick.
This is sales, not theory. You’ll be in the field, in conversations, and in control of outcomes.

WHERE YOU’LL BE DOING ITWe’re hybrid. In our Needham, MA office Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.

Base salary of $60–90K plus commission. Realistic earnings of $100–200K within your first two years.
