• Identify actionable reporting that assists in driving winning at each subcategory.
• Provide category support.
• Generate and present actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Participate in delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the business.
• Identify category gaps/opportunities, craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate Ninja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space, and displays.

• Build partnerships, both internal and external, with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to create objective analytics.
• Innate curiosity and desire to find creative solutions.
• Act as the voice of the market and category.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience within category management or sales analysis.
• Experience working for a consumer goods company preferred.
• Power BI knowledge strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and detail‑oriented, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges to internal and external partners.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills.

Annual salary range: $52,500 – $92,000 USD.
