Lead, Sales Operations
The Lead, Sales Operations reports to the Director, Sales Operations and will drive change across America by optimizing sales processes, implementing strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales and other functional areas. The role collaborates closely with senior sales, analytics, category planning, and operations teams to deliver optimal results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including sales planning, forecasting, and POS attainment.
- Improve forecasting processes to accurately predict future revenue and resource requirements.
- Support information and technology service partners in selecting, implementing, and managing sales technology solutions such as forecasting tools, analytics tools, and sales automation software.
- Drive adoption, change management, and use of new tools across the sales organization.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability; identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve productivity.
- Expand all of the above initiatives to Mexico and the rest of Latin America as the business grows.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Five or more years of experience in program management, change management, or process implementation in a regional or global sales context.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Prior experience in sales with consumer products or consumer durables preferred.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and under pressure.
- Views change as an opportunity, not a roadblock.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and AI skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop, and maintain solid relationships.
Annual salary range: $117,000—$143,000 USD.
