About the Role: Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Membership Development Representative owns inbound lead conversion and on-demand revenue across Workbar's network of locations. This is a high-activity role for someone who manages their pipeline with discipline, responds fast, and brings ideas that improve conversion. You'll take a consultative approach, asking the right questions and matching each prospect to the solution that works for them.
WhatYou’ll Own
- Own all inbound membership and on-demand inquiries and execute 300-400 activities per week across phone, email, and web chat
- Respond quickly and effectively to convert leads into opportunities and on-demand leads into revenue
- Take a consultative approach to every conversation, understanding each prospect’s needs before recommending a solution
- Ensure no active lead goes untouched and follow up consistently until a lead is booked, qualified out, or closed
- Document every interaction and maintain a clean and current pipeline in Salesforce. If it isn't logged, it didn’t happen.
- Coordinate with location teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain a 70%+ lead-to-qualified conversion rate
- Consistently deliver $55K+ in monthly on-demand revenue
- Re-engage lost opportunities, no-shows, and dormant leads
- Proactively create new opportunities through outbound outreach
- Contribute 5–7%+ of pipeline through self-generated efforts
- You exceed activity, tour, and revenue targets consistently
- You take a consultative approach, ask great questions, and match prospects to the right solution
- You push for next steps and close loops without letting things stall
- You bring ideas to improve conversion and act on them
- 2–4 years in a high-activity sales role (SDR, BDR, ISR, or similar)
- Experience working toward clear KPIs and activity targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with fast response expectations and high follow-up volume
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Ability to work independently across a distributed team
- Base: $60,000 – $65,000
- OTE: $80,000 – $85,000
- Bonus: performance-based with accelerators
