Role OverviewRegional Sales Manager – responsible for promoting Blue Earth Diagnostics’ FDA‑approved, commercialized products within the Lower Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Long Island areas. The role includes developing opportunities, growing product utilization, managing a diverse range of customers, facilitating collaboration, and representing the company at conferences and events.
Responsibilities- Implement sales strategies at the account and territory level.
- Develop professional relationships with key product users and purchasing influencers.
- Achieve product sales forecast and own territory business‑development strategy.
- Ensure compliance with provider institutional policies and internal company policies.
- Maintain expense budget and communicate progress to the manager.
- Use only approved sales materials and messages.
- Manage relationships with distributors and promotional partners.
- Adhere to pharmacovigilance policies and report adverse events.
- Maintain product and disease‑state knowledge through assessments and training.
- Identify key issues and deliver efficient responses to business development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, health science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful pharmaceutical or equivalent sales experience.
- Experience with imaging centers and key referring customers (Radiation Oncology, Urology, Oncology).
- Ability to communicate persuasively with high‑level medical professionals.
- Frequent domestic travel (up to 50%).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills; team player.
- Experience working in cross‑functional, highly matrixed organizations.
