Here’s what you’ll do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, Linked In, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities.
- Educate prospects on the value of modern wealth management technology, including advisor efficiency, operational scalability, and improved client experiences.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Research and identify key decision‑makers within RIAs, broker‑dealers, and wealth management firms.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, data fragmentation, compliance, reporting, and firm growth.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
- Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Hub Spot).
- Serve as an ambassador for Advisor
360, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interaction.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, Fin Tech, or AI experience preferred).
- Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value.
- A highly motivated, self‑starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort handling objections and engaging senior‑level stakeholders.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, or similar platforms is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 + commission & equity.
