As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  Needham, MA
• Hourly wage: $25.00 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Saturday to Wednesday – 7am to 3pm
• Thursday/Friday – 7am to 3pm and Saturday/Tuesday – 3pm to 11pm
• Sunday/Monday/Thursday and Friday – 3pm to 11pm
• Wednesday – 3pm to 11pm and Thursday to Sunday – 11pm to 7am
• Monday to Wednesday – 11pm to 7am

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a state license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
