This is for a Lead Installer to join Boston HiFi's team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for installing and configuring audio-visual equipment, leading installation teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the quality of installations. The individual will communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide personalized service, creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining audio-visual systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent leadership and teamwork capabilities, with experience leading installation teams
- Effective communication and customer service skills to consult with clients and address their needs
- Detail-oriented with an ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client locations
- Previous experience in A/V installation, integration, or a related field is highly recommended
