A/V Technician/Installer — Needham, MA Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in A/V installation
- Excellent communication skills (must speak, read and write English; Spanish is a definite plus)
- Professional demeanor and attitude; must be a team player
- Must be detail‑oriented
- Background Check/Drug Testing
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation of home entertainment/automation systems
- Installation of low voltage cabling
- Knowledge of how to pull and terminate cables
- Ability to accurately read interconnect and wiring diagrams
- Ability to train clients on how to use the systems that we install
- CEDIA or other trade‑related certifications desired
- OSHA certification a plus
- Programming experience with Control4 and Crestron a plus
