Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Psychologist credential/certification
- Experience serving elementary students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and support diverse learners
- Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations to identify student needs and guide instructional planning
- Deliver individual and group counseling and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
- Promote mental health awareness and social-emotional learning throughout the school community
