Credit Card Admin Accounting Assistant

Michels Power, Inc. is a leading electrical infrastructure contractor responsible for projects that keep communities powered. The Accounting Assistant primarily supports our credit card program and core accounting functions.
Responsibilities• Review credit card receipts for compliance, attach required documentation, and communicate with cardholders across the organization to ensure accurate coding and reconciliation.
• Issue and cancel cards, monitor usage for policy adherence, and assist with inquiries and reporting.
• Support invoice generation, accounts payable coding and approvals, and process transactions against open material purchase orders.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and effective communication while meeting tight month‑end deadlines.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with 1–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
