- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Forecast sales performance, market conditions, and resource requirements to support planning and budgeting.
- Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance dashboards to drive accountability and transparency.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

- Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring consistency in pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key client meetings.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Implement customer feedback loops to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation, branding, promotional campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and product teams to align sales goals with company capabilities.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, product positioning, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated throughout the organization to support timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee CRM usage, pipeline management, and standard sales processes.
- Establish pricing guidelines, proposal standards, and contract negotiation frameworks.
- Review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, including 5+ years in a leadership or director‑level role.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high‑performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and using CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within a competitive industry.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive new initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
- Customer‑centric approach with a focus on high‑quality service delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
