** About The Opportunity
** Leads enterprise-wide procurement strategy, overseeing sourcing strategies and execution, contract management, and supplier performance to ensure cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
** Essential Job Functions
*** The following duties are normal for this position.  The incumbent

** Establishes enterprise-wide procurement strategies to assure company objectives in the areas of cost, profitability, productivity, quality, customer service, and sustainability
* Manages category spend between $10 – $20M
* Authorizes purchase order creation exceeding $250,000
* Coordinates cross-functional review, approval and execution of supplier contracts
* Identifies opportunities to leverage enterprise-wide purchasing categories and establishes national supplier agreements where appropriate
* Collaborates with senior cross-functional leaders to set cost savings initiatives to drive operational excellence
* Engages key stakeholders to develop and negotiate strategic procurement activities to deliver on cost savings initiatives
* Develops and executes annual assigned scorecard initiatives and analyzes performance through forecasting and/or other company reports
* Ensures team compliance to Menasha’s Supplier Code of Conduct
* Provides direction on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management to develop and enhance the Procurement function, working closely with direct reports
* Interacts with key stakeholders to introduce new products or manufacturing techniques and make strategic recommendations
* Ensures team compliance to Menasha’s Risk Management supplier insurance requirements
* Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
*** Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the functions responsible for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services
* Knowledge of practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services
* Knowledge of methods, tools and documentation of evaluating, selecting and certifying suppliers and part
* Knowledge of process and practices for managing a variety of contractual agreements
* Knowledge of the contractual and legal matters related to expenditures (consulting services, maintenance, agreements, hardware and software acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.)
* Knowledge of tools, processes and practices for purchasing goods and services via electronic links to suppliers and partners
** Physical Requirements & Work Environment
*** Primarily works in an office environment
* Frequent travel required
