About the Role

RAS Logistics is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to support our appliance delivery operation in Neenah, WI.

This is not a desk job.

This role combines warehouse support, team accountability, and customer communication. You will be active throughout the shift — assisting with appliance movement, checking in Contract Carrier delivery teams, supporting customers, and helping ensure the operation closes strong each night.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their leadership career who wants to grow in logistics and operations.

• Assist with moving and staging appliances within the warehouse
• Support loading and unloading activities as needed
• Check-in and dispatch Contract Carrier delivery teams
• Hold teams accountable to company standards and expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding deliveries
• Monitor performance and escalate issues appropriately
• Ensure paperwork, documentation, and system entries are accurate
• Help close the operation each night efficiently and professionally

• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks
• Confident communicator who can hold teams accountable
• Strong interpersonal skills (many delivery teams are Spanish-speaking)
• Professional and respectful when interacting with customers
• Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
