The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
, working under minimal supervision, is integral to managing the company’s cash flow and revenue. This role encompasses generating invoices, monitoring accounts receivable aging, preparing management reports, reconciling discrepancies, and addressing customer billing inquiries. Additionally, this role includes training new employees, resolving complex invoicing issues, mentors junior team members, and fosters a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. Success in this position demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 5+ years of related Accounts Receivable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry
