Assist in the Ownership of Brand / Platform Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes ensuring Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is executed effectively - balancing cost, service, and inventory.

Partner with cross-functional Teams as the S&OE Brand / Platform Leader. Cross-functional Teams include, but are not limited to:
Supply Chain, Logistics, BU Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Value Stream, Finance. Act as Project partner coordinating execution of business plans and gap management. Participate in key projects, as needed, to enhance S&OE related capabilities and drive overall value for Supply Chain Planning organization. Assist Sr. of S&OE in development of Team roles and responsibilities. Help train, coach, and develop S&OE team in new ways of working, tool utilization, strategic service management initiatives, including segmentation, scenario, and driver-based planning to deliver strong S&OP results.

About You

In one of our Supply Chain roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

Job responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of S&OE to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in identification, interpretation, and containment of gaps to our S&OP plans, as required.
  • Facilitate decision making and escalation to recommend solutions to assigned business unit when KPI is not being met.
  • Participate in strategic development and implementation of sustainable management tools and processes that support S&OE and gap management.
  • Provide leadership in proactively managing situations in which supply and demand are out of balance including the development and execution of demand management and/or supply allocation strategies where appropriate.
  • Showcase and coach Team Members to deliver desired results by providing direction, building trust, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong sustainable business relationships with key customers and ensure best practices are utilized.
  • Facilitate the tactical STEP process and act as a change champion for the process's continuous improvement.
  • Assist and act as primary backup for Sr. S&OE Planner in weekly S&OE processes and cadenced items.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with successful supply chain planning, gap management, quantitative business analyses and general supply and demand knowledge.
  • Experience in S&OP process.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of logistics, finance, customer development, consumer business brand strategies, and business management.
  • Complex problem solver to resolve business issues.
  • Project leadership skills.
  • Experience in developing internal customer relationships and conducting business analyses.
  • Results, strategy and vision orientation, leadership, strong oral and written communication, financial and budget management, ethical judgment and decision making, change management, analytical, forecasting and gap management, project and risk management and building relationships.
  • Cross-cultural, prioritization and time management, resources and team management, active listening, adaptability, coaching, interpersonal and social perspectives.
