The first year in this role is dedicated primarily to construction payroll administration and workforce data management. As the Construction Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring union and non‑union craft employees are paid accurately through timely field time entry, payroll support, prevailing wage administration, and labor data management across active construction projects. Working closely with field teams, Payroll, Project Controls, and Project Management, you will validate workforce data, reconcile payroll information, support labor compliance requirements, and ensure labor costs are accurately captured to support project success.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high‑volume payroll and workforce data in a fast‑paced construction environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License

• 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, workforce administration, or related administrative experience
• Experience processing employee timekeeping and payroll
• Union and non‑union payroll experience
