Client Services Specialist

As a Client Services Specialist, you’ll become the primary point of contact for your assigned clients—building strong relationships, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, and ensuring their services run seamlessly. It’s a role where you can truly make an impact every day.

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage the client relationship.
• Serve as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and assigned clients.
• Educate clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices.

Service Management:

• Identify program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives.
• Monitor client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
• Analyze compliance trends and, if applicable, develop formal improvement programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities. Adhere to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams on complex client inquiries.
• Assist implementation team with new clients.
• Maintain expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.

Experience/

Education:

• 2+ years of total office experience.
• 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
• Post‑secondary education in a business‑related field preferred.
• In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.
• Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.

Other Skills/

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of FMCSR regulations desirable.
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a variety of situations.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
