Quality Representative - Michels Power, Inc.

Michels Power, Inc. is one of the largest power delivery contractors in the United States, executing the entire spectrum of electrical infrastructure projects—from transmission lines and substations to renewable energy initiatives and disaster recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist operations with implementation and compliance of existing QA/QC programs.
- Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while working independently in a fast‑paced environment across project areas including Substations, Battery Energy Storage Stations (BESS), Mission Critical Facilities, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, and Foundations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of construction experience in the electrical industry, including Substations, BESS, Mission Critical Facilities, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, or Foundations.
- Experience reviewing and understanding construction blueprints and schematics.
- QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel and commit to long‑term onsite projects.
