The Role
Are you a technical problem‑solver with a knack for electrical design and systems troubleshooting? We are looking for a Designer to join our team at the NDC office, where you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between engineering concepts and functional test reality.
In this role, you won't just be drafting; you'll be the technical backbone for our Functional Test teams. From developing complex electrical schematics to executing rigorous system verifications, you will ensure that our products are high‑quality, cost‑effective, and ready for the world.
As a Designer, you are integrated into the full product lifecycle. You will:
- Design & Innovate:
Create engineering concepts that satisfy customer requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and cost. - Technical Support:
Provide hands‑on assistance to Functional Test teams, specializing in electrical schematics and system troubleshooting. - Execute Verifications:
Utilize lab equipment to support and perform qualification and verification activities on sophisticated test systems. - Process Excellence:
Drive projects through the full value stream—from conceptualization and design to manufacturing and fulfillment. - Document Success:
Produce comprehensive project documentation in alignment with our quality and change management guidelines.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional who understands the “how” and “why” behind functional test systems.
Key Qualifications- Education:
An Associate’s Degree in a technical field is preferred. - Experience:
1+ years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience). - Technical Proficiency:
Ability to use industry‑standard design tools and lab equipment effectively. - Strategic Thinking: A clear understanding of the product value stream (Conceptualize Sustain).
- Documentation
Skills:
Strong ability to create and maintain technical records and schematics.

Salary Range: $58,100.00 – $87,100.00
