Mechanical Designer – Direct Hire

$65,000 - $80,000 per year | Neenah, WI | On-Site | Permanent

As a Mechanical Designer you will oversee engineering standards in a custom machinery sector, ensuring they align with current national and international norms for building and maintaining related machinery. You’ll drive product improvement initiatives, maintain records of formulas, drawings, processes, and construction standards, and keep daily logs for patent support.

• Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
• Brings 5+ years of experience in the engineer‑to‑order custom machine industry.
• Possesses a background in machinery design.
• Demonstrates proficiency with AutoCAD and Solidworks.
