• Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Consult directly with clients, procurement teams, subcontractors, and vendors to formulate precise estimates, resolve complex pricing issues, and secure a shared operational commitment to the cost baseline.
• Data Analytics & Process Improvement: Analyze historical project data, identify cost trends, and provide targeted recommendations to improve estimating procedures and reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
