In this seat, you will hold absolute ownership over the development and defense of complex, lump‑sum estimates and proposals from start to finish. This is not a passive data‑entry environment. You will serve as the core liaison between field operations, specialized procurement, and major subcontractors to isolate scope gaps and neutralize commercial exposure before execution teams ever mobilize.
- Core Estimating & Proposal Execution: Prepare and present comprehensive lump‑sum bids, proposals, unit costs, and accurate quantities for field and pre‑fabrication construction projects across a highly diverse portfolio of project types and clients.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Consult directly with clients, procurement teams, subcontractors, and vendors to formulate precise estimates, resolve complex pricing issues, and secure a shared operational commitment to the cost baseline.
- Data Analytics & Process Improvement: Analyze historical project data, identify cost trends, and provide targeted recommendations to improve estimating procedures and reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Prepare and deliver complete bid packages to subcontractors. Evaluate fee structures, contingencies, and material escalation. Condition and review subcontractor/supplier quotes for RFP compliance, clarifications, exceptions, and evaluations.
- Risk Mitigation & Scope Alignment: Review project plans, Division of Responsibility (DOR) completion, and specifications for risk issues. Formulate structural mitigation strategies and collaborate with legal counsel to review commercial terms and conditions.

Education:
