Financial Analyst

This individual will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability and long-term success

• Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts; identify variances and provide insight into performance drivers
• Monitor financial trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead cost analysis initiatives and provide ongoing financial projections
• Evaluate proposed operational or process changes and assess financial impact
• Develop and improve automated reporting and forecasting tools to increase productivity and accuracy
• Assist leadership in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for banking partners and board presentations
• Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related file
• 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Self-starter with ability to streamline processes and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
